Extra hands needed at Jayden Mckinney Memorial Foundation

Mission Statement: 501c3 non-profit, following the death of our sonin 2023 we received a lot of monetary contributions in his memory so we proceeded to start a memorial foundation in his honor to use the funds to continuing helping others. 2023 was the first year of the foundation and we hope to continue to grow it as we move forward to provide financial support to the youth in our community and memorial scholarships in jayden's honor. Here are some of the key programs we worked on last year: - Program 1: This was our first year as a 501c3, we took all the monetary gifts given to use following the death of our teenage son and decided to start a foundation in his memory. in 2023 we did not distribute any funds. the tax exempt llc was created in august and we filed for our 501c3 shortly after, planning to begin distributing funds in 2024. our future returns will show our distributions as scholarships and sponsorships of youth programs in our community, but in the 2023 tax year there were no distributions out of the foundations funds.
